Prepare your domain
Unlock the domain and get the EPP / auth code from your current provider. The domain must be more than 60 days old.

Request it in the portal
Sign in to portal.topcloud.vn, enter the domain and EPP code, and pay the transfer fee.

Confirm and finish
Approve the registry email if you receive one. The domain appears in your Domains list when the transfer completes.

How do I know if a domain is available?
Type the domain into the search box. We check directly with the registrar and suggest other available extensions with their prices.
Which domain extension is the cheapest?
Right now .space is the lowest-priced extension at 32,000₫ per year. The price table lists every extension with its live price for one year of registration.
How soon does a new domain work?
Your domain is registered automatically as soon as payment is confirmed. DNS records usually take effect within a few minutes to a few hours.
Can I manage DNS and nameservers myself?
Yes. The portal lets you change nameservers, add A, AAAA, CNAME, MX and TXT records, create child nameservers, lock transfers and get the EPP code.
What do I need to transfer a domain to TopCloud?
Unlock the domain at your current provider and get its EPP (auth) code. Then enter the domain and EPP code in the portal and the system handles the rest.
